Frequently asked questions

Sending to another Curnance user is instant. Sending to a bank account settles in a few minutes for most banks, and up to a few hours for less common ones.

The money is held in a pending state tied to that phone number. When the recipient signs up with the same phone number their wallet receives the funds automatically.

Curnance to Curnance sends cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Bank transfers can be recalled through support while they are still pending on our end.

Sending to another Curnance user is free. Bank transfers have a small fee that is shown to you before you confirm the send.
