Encrypted device storage

Sensitive data like session tokens and PINs are stored in the device keystore on Android and keychain on iOS. They do not sit in plain storage.

Safe concurrent updates

Wallet updates use optimistic locking on the server, so two requests in flight at the same time cannot corrupt your balance.

Safe retries

Withdrawals and bank sends use idempotency keys, so a network retry never turns a single payment into two.

Your balance is stored on our servers, not on the device. Log in from a new phone and verify via your registered email or phone number to get access back. Your transaction PIN prevents anyone who picks up the phone from moving money.

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit, at rest on our servers and on your device. Passwords and PINs are hashed, so we never see or store them in plain form.

Two-factor authentication is optional but recommended. Your transaction PIN is always required for moving money, so 2FA adds a second layer specifically for account access.
