Referral programme terms

Last updated: 29 April 2026

1. Eligibility

The Curnance referral programme is open to active Curnance account holders aged 18 and over who have completed at least Tier 2 identity verification. Curnance employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to earn referral rewards.

2. How a referral is earned

You earn a referral reward when a person you invite (a) signs up to Curnance using your unique invite code or referral link, (b) completes Tier 2 verification, and (c) completes their first qualifying transaction within 60 days of signing up. A qualifying transaction is a funded send, withdrawal, or bill payment of at least the local-currency equivalent of USD 10, paid from the invitee's own funds.

3. Reward amount and payout

The reward amount is shown in the Refer screen of the Curnance app and may vary by country and campaign. Rewards are paid into your home-currency Curnance wallet within 7 business days after the qualifying transaction settles. Curnance may pay rewards in a different supported currency at the prevailing exchange rate where operationally necessary.

4. Limits and abuse

A referral is only counted when the inviter and invitee are different individuals using different devices, identities, and payment instruments. Curnance may withhold or reverse rewards where we identify self-referrals, duplicate accounts, identity reuse, coordinated rings, or any other activity that does not reflect a genuine new customer. We may, at our discretion, cap the total number of rewards a single account can earn within a defined period.

5. Changes and termination

We may change reward amounts, qualifying conditions, or end the referral programme at any time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email at least 7 days before they take effect, except where shorter notice is required to prevent abuse, fraud, or to comply with regulation.

6. Tax and reporting

You are responsible for any taxes that apply to rewards you receive under your local law. Curnance may issue statements summarising rewards earned where required by regulators in your jurisdiction.

7. Contact

Questions about a specific reward, or to report suspected abuse, email [email protected]. These referral terms work alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
